State Street Beard Company guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that you have a defective product, immediately alert State Street Beard Company customer service, then send it back. After the product is examined, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. You must contact customer service within 5 calendar days of receipt of the defective item. Also, the item must be in new condition.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for items that are being returned that are not defective. Items returned to us after 30 days of receipt will not be exchanged or refunded.

State Street Beard Company will ship your order USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise. To request expedited shipping or another shipping method, (additional charges may apply) please contact us via email. We'll generally get back to you within an hour. All orders received before 4:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday, will, in most cases, be shipped the next business day.
